The Teens & Treats: Pastry Track is a year-round weekend program crafted for young bakers who want to go beyond casual kitchen play and truly develop their pastry skills. Designed for students aged 12–17, this hands-on experience introduces the art and science behind baking—from timeless French confections to modern favorites—all while reinforcing discipline, creativity, and technical precision.
Guided by professional pastry chefs, students gain foundational knowledge in mixing, piping, layering, and decorating—skills essential for anyone serious about baking. With regular practice and a focused environment, each session builds confidence and elevates ability.
Sample dishes include:
- Classic choux & éclairs
- Swirled cupcakes with buttercream piping
- French madeleines & financiers
