It provides a structured, skill-building environment where students aged 12–17 can steadily refine their techniques while balancing school commitments. 

Rooted in the philosophy of Chef Alain Ducasse, the program champions consistency, discipline, and early exposure—believing that the path to culinary excellence begins with regular practice and focused effort.

Sample dishes include:

  • Country-style fried chicken with macaroni gratin
